STUDENT PROFILE

Kenwood Academy accepts students between the ages of 12 and 22 that:

• Have a primary diagnosis of High Functioning Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome or Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities.
• May have a history or present with challenging behaviors including but not limited to mild aggression and non-compliance.
• Have gaps in their educational progress due to their behaviors.
• May not have had access to academic or social opportunities due to their behaviors.
• May not be “grade” level due to behaviors that prohibited active participation in the curriculum
