KENWOOD ADMISSION

Kenwood Academy has open enrollment throughout the year. Students are typically referred by their school district. Parents may also inquire about our school services and take a tour of our facility but the application process will not begin without their school district referral.

Information required from the referral source to complete the application process:

  • Current Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
  • Most current neuropsychological, psychological and medical reports.
  • Educational evaluations.
  • Occupational, speech and physical therapy evaluations.
  • Functional Behavioral Assessments.
  • A copy of the current Behavioral Support Plan.
  • Data representing current rates of behavior and academic progress.
