Kenwood Academy has open enrollment throughout the year. Students are typically referred by their school district. Parents may also inquire about our school services and take a tour of our facility but the application process will not begin without their school district referral.
Information required from the referral source to complete the application process:
- Current Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
- Most current neuropsychological, psychological and medical reports.
- Educational evaluations.
- Occupational, speech and physical therapy evaluations.
- Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- A copy of the current Behavioral Support Plan.
- Data representing current rates of behavior and academic progress.
